Clara Lindemann works as a Research Assistant to Dr. Ayo. She is also the Future-Ready Coaching Academy’s Project Coordinator. Next to this, she is a final-year Governance, Economics, and Development (GED) student at Leiden University College in The Hague, the Netherlands. Prior to working for Dr. Ayo, she served as a founding board member and later as President of the Roosevelt Network at LUC, a student-led think tank that publishes an annual intellectual magazine and as Head of Programme of the nonprofit organization Women in Innovation and Leadership (WIL). During her time as WIL’s Head of Programme, her team organized 25+ events on professional development – most of which featured guest speakers who were experts on soft skills such as cultural awareness and tolerance, self-esteem and rejection tolerance, and leadership and influence. These experiences well-equipped her to work as research assistant and project Coordinator.
